About the Role:
As a Digital Marketing Strategist, you will take ownership of Google Ads campaigns and curate an ecommerce website tailored to the Canadian marketplace. You will drive revenue growth by optimizing ad performance, merchandising the website, and creating a seamless customer journey.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage performance and budgets for Google Ads campaigns, optimizing for maximum ROI.
* Merchandise and curate the ecommerce website to improve sales and enhance customer experience.
* Plan and execute website promotions to boost traffic and conversions.
* Ensure website content is consistent, accurate, and up to date.
* Collaborate with the eCommerce and marketing teams to align advertising efforts with broader brand goals.
* Provide detailed reports and actionable insights on website and ad performance using Google Analytics and other tools.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree required.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns with a strong track record of success.
* Proven experience in eCommerce merchandising and running website promotions.
* Knowledge of HTML and CSS.
* Strong familiarity with the Canadian market and its unique needs.
* Advanced competency with Google Analytics or similar platforms for performance tracking and optimization.
* Exceptional attention to detail and a data-driven mindset.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while juggling multiple projects.
* Experience increasing sales and traffic on retail eCommerce sites.
Preferred Skills:
* Magento backend experience.
* Fluent in French.
